Personas

We create personas that are reliable and realistic representations of your key user groups. The personas are available as a reference for everyone involved in throughout the project. Our personas can include information like age, gender, status, job, income etc.

Personas are useful to add real-world considerations into the development conversation. Personas are a key element in user journey mapping and are useful for evaluation of new features, developing the look-and-feel and for content writing.

User Journey Mapping

User journey maps are an important tool that ensures the project focuses on user needs rather than allowing internal expediency. A great user experience has an effect on satisfaction, loyalty, and reputation.

Our user journeys represent the critical tasks that the user groups will need to do. The personas are developed into graphical story-boards illustrating how the users solve these critical tasks. User journeys, where appropriate, will include off-site activity such as search engine, email and social media to reflect the complete journey.
